Itconic acquired by Equinix
Torch Partners has acted as exclusive financial adviser to Itconic, a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group, on its sale to Equinix.
Itconic is one of the largest carrier-neutral datacentre, connectivity and cloud infrastructure solutions providers in Spain and Portugal with five sites in four metro areas across the region. The transaction includes the acquisition of CloudMas, Itconic’s leading enterprise-focused hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions brand in Iberia.
The transaction adds to Torch’s strong track record in the colocation, cloud and hosting sectors.
