Lodgify's €30m Series B funding led by Octopus Ventures
Torch Partners acted as exclusive financial adviser to Lodgify, a leading vacation rental software solution, on its Series B funding of €30m led by Octopus Ventures with participation from Bonsai Partners, Aldea Ventures and ICF (Institut Català de Finances) as well as existing investors Intermedia and Nauta Capital.
Lodgify empowers individual hosts and small to medium-sized property managers to grow their vacation rental businesses. It is an all-in-one solution that enables vacation rental hosts to generate more bookings and manage all bookings from one centralized location. Lodgify has expanded its R&D team to over 70 employees and the entire company to more than 170 people from 40 different nationalities.
Torch Partners acted as exclusive financial adviser to Lodgify, further demonstrating Torch’s experience in advising SaaS companies on raising growth equity rounds.
