Oak Hill Capital Partners acquisition of Pulsant
Oak Hill Capital Partners has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Pulsant, a leading provider of managed, hosted data centre and IT infrastructure services to the mid-market, from Bridgepoint Development Capital. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Torch Partners acted as exclusive corporate finance advisor to Oak Hill Capital Partners on the acquisition. This is Torch’s 15th M&A transaction in the hosting and internet infrastructure sector.
