The Permira Funds to acquire Teraco Data Environments
A company backed by the Permira funds has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Teraco Data Environments, the largest provider of carrier neutral datacentre services in Sub-Saharan Africa. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed and the transaction is subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions.
