She plays a pivotal role in shaping Torch’s HR strategies to ensure the alignment of the workforce with the organisation's growth objectives. Her expertise extends to fostering a nurturing and inclusive company culture, developing and implementing employee development initiatives, and streamlining HR operations to enhance overall efficiency.

Maria holds a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in Human Resources Practice, Human Resources Management and Services.
