Matthew supports origination and business development activity across all of Torch’s verticals. He focusses on leveraging company and market data, proprietary software and scaled process to inform and drive go-to-market activity across the firm. Matthew holds responsibility for maximising the value and adoption of proprietary and external data, maintaining external relationships, and leading process improvement projects. With a strong background Corporate Finance data alongside scaling and leading global teams and processes, Matthew has extensive knowledge of company research, data activation and insight creation. Prior to joining Torch, Matthew played a significant role in the creation of the Augmented Coverage and Execution practice at Houlihan Lokey, leading the Development team and holding responsibility for building global systems and processes to support revenue generating activity. Prior to that he worked in the Consulting practice at Deloitte, focussed on system and process architecture for financial services clients.
