Konrad Zochowski

Vice President

Konrad is a Vice President within the M&A team in London, working with technology companies on origination and transaction execution of both sell-side and buy-side transactions.

Konrad has a comprehensive view of the transaction process having worked in M&A, financial modelling and financial due diligence departments as well as a private equity fund.

Having worked on transactions across Europe, Konrad gained experience advising founders (e.g. Cushon, Przelewy24) as well as financial sponsors (e.g. Montagu, Permira, Cinven, Astorg, EQT).

Prior to joining Torch in 2022, Konrad worked in different companies incl. Morgan Stanley in London, PwC in Warsaw and setting up a private equity fund in Poland. He utilised his broad technical experience and industry knowledge by taking on different advisory roles in M&A processes.
