Bain Capital on its acquisition of Inetum S.A.
Torch Partners acted as financial adviser to Bain Capital Private Equity (“Bain Capital”) on its acquisition of Inetum S.A. (“Inetum”), the parent company of an international group providing digital services and solutions across Europe. The investor group led by Bain Capital, which includes NB Renaissance and the management team of Inetum, will acquire all the shares of Inetum from Mannai Corporation QPSC.
Inetum is an agile IT services company that provides digital services and solutions globally that helps companies and institutions to get the most out of “digital flow”.
