Jean-Baptiste Toulouse

Jean-Baptiste is a highly respected investment banker with over 35 years of experience in France and abroad and is based in Paris.
After a scientific academic curriculum at the prestigious Ecole Polytechnique, Jean-Baptiste trained as a civil servant at the Ecole Nationale d’Administration and served for four years in the French Treasury Department.
In 1988, he joined Lehman Brothers in New York, before returning to Paris in 1991 where he joined Rothschild & Cie followed by SG Warburg in 1994.
Following the acquisition of SG Warburg by UBS, he founded the eponymous advisory boutique Toulouse & Associés in 2000, which later merged with Banca Leonardo to become a pan-European franchise. Jean-Baptiste joined Torch in 2018.
