Founded in 1978 and currently employing around 400 people, SYSPRO has established itself as a global leader within its key market verticals under the helm of its founder Phil Duff, with a purpose-built software suite catering to the most complex customer use cases.
This transaction will accelerate SYSPRO’s global growth ambitions, through additional investment to support next generation product and technology innovation to unlock growth opportunities in key markets, including the USA and UK.
This transaction further demonstrates Torch Partners’ expertise and successful track record in supporting founder-led software companies. The transaction is expected to close late Q3 pending customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
