Harry leads the Digital Infrastructure team at Torch. With comprehensive sell side and buyside M&A and private capital fundraising experience, he has advised on many of the firm's flagship transactions in recent years.

His focus is predominantly on the datacentre sector, and he has executed transactions across the full spectrum, from enterprise colocation to hyperscale, from growth investments to full buyouts, and from carve outs to full platform deals.

The majority of transactions that Harry has worked on at Torch Partners have been with repeat clients or has come from referrals of previous clients.

Harry joined Torch in 2019, having previously worked in the M&A team at Standard Bank, covering Sub-Saharan Africa across all sectors. Prior to that, he worked at EY in both Audit and Financial Due Diligence covering financial sponsors.
